H4 Sports & Entertainment is funding the entire cost of upgrading this from a ‘baseball diamond’, to a baseball destination, capable of hosting a variety of different events. You will be forever recognized as a legacy builder with a placard embedded into the floor behind your seat.

Loge Tables (2)

$65,000 initial legacy builders’ contribution towards stadium build.

Includes 5-year guarantee on the 6-seat loge table, located under cover, right behind home plate on the concourse level. The retail cost of the 6-seat table is $5,999 per season for 28 home dates. After the 5 years, the purchase perpetually retains the right to renew annually, at retail cost. 

The funds over and above the cost of the 5-year table guarantee ($35,000) is to be used in partnership with H4 Sports & Entertainment, to complete the construction of this 1st Class facility for Central Alberta.

COVERED DRINK RAIL SEATS (4)

$20,000 initial legacy builders’ contribution towards stadium build.

Includes 5-year guarantee on any 1 of 4 drink rail seats, located on each side of the loge tables, with some privacy, as there is a pillar barrier on each side, separating the drink rail seats from the loge tables. They are covered, on the concourse level, and almost right behind home plate. The retail cost of these seats are $999 per season for 28 home dates. After the 5-year term is over, the purchase retains, perpetually, the right to renew, annually, at retail cost.

The funds over and above the cost of the 5-year seat guarantee will be used in partnership with H4 Sports & Entertainment, to complete the construction of this first-class facility for Central Alberta.

NON-COVERED DRINK RAIL SEATS (18)

$15,000 initial legacy builders’ contribution towards stadium build.

Includes the same 5-year term, and option as stated above.

These seats retail at $839 per seat, per year.

Important to note

These are the most desirable seats in the stadium. No stairs, and the most accessible to all stadium concourse amenities. After the 5 guaranteed years included with the initial contribution are up, it will be rare that any of these premium seats come up for sale.
