Sylvan Lake Gulls Group Bookings offer structured planning, flexible seating configurations and staff support for groups of 10 or more. Our goal is to provide a seamless booking process and a polished game day experience for every group we host.

Choose Your Seating

We offer several seating options to match your group size and budget:

CLUB SEATS
Bleacher-style seating with excellent sightlines
$30 + GST per ticket

GENERAL ADMISSION / BERM SEATING
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the atmosphere from the grassy berms, or move freely throughout the concourse while connecting with friends and taking in the game day energy.
$12.50 + GST per ticket

PATIO SECTION
Our patio area has been refreshed for the 2026 season:

Lower Deck Picnic Tables
• Reserved table designed for shared food, drinks, and conversation
• Seats 8 per table
• Seven tables available per game
• $200 + GST per table ($25 per ticket)

Upper Deck High-Top Tables
• Elevated view with cocktail-style seating
• Seats 4 per table
• Sixteen tables available per game
• $120 + GST per table ($30 per ticket)

Groups booking multiple patio tables may mix and match seating options to create the best fit for their guests.

FULL PATIO BUYOUT
Looking to host a larger corporate event or private celebration?

You can reserve the entire patio section for $3,320 + GST. With a full patio buyout, your group has the exclusive option to operate a bar tab for the evening.

Please note: Bar tabs are only available with a full patio buyout due to the shared nature of the space during regular patio bookings.

 

Minor Sports Discount

Groups representing minor sports teams receive a 10% discount on tickets.

 

GULLS BUCKS

Enhance your group experience by pre-purchasing Gulls Bucks gift cards (in denominations of $10 or higher).

These can be used at:
• Any concourse concessions
• All concourse bar locations
• Gulls Team Store for merchandise

This is a great alternative to running a bar tab and allows you to control your group’s food & beverage spending in advance.

 

Simple Booking Process

Submit the Group Booking Form (available through the link at the bottom of this page, starting March 1).

Someone from our team will contact you beginning April 15 to confirm details and finalize your booking.

Payment must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your selected game.

Accepted payment methods:
• Cheque
• E-transfer (accountspayable@sylvanlakegulls.com — include Game Date and Group Name in subject line)
• Credit card (details provided upon confirmation)
