Q: When do the gates open? A: 90 minutes before each game.

We have the Getaway Vacations Shuttle that will run for all 28 games this season! Pickups will be in Red Deer and Sylvan Lake! Here is the info including the free registration; https://www.sylvanlakegulls.com/getaway-vacations-game-day-shuttle/
Additionaly, our Tee Trail Golf cart will be scouring the parking to pick up fans that need assistance. You can flag one down yourself or ask an attendant to call one for you.
Q: Is outside food and beverage allowed? Sorry no. No outside food and drink is permitted. We do allow water bottles. They must be sealed and no bigger than a 1 Litre. For reference we sell water bottles for $3.
Q: What are your food options? Yes! We have a full commercial kitchen in our Main Concession, we also have the Whiz Bang BBQ Shack, Alberta Springs 19th Hole, and Sully’s Scoops ice cream stand! You will be able to get food and beverages at these locations. In addition we have the Tipsy Bird, and the Provincial Vodka Patio bar for beverages. Q: Is there pricing for kids? Yes! We set aside 50 Kids Under 8 General Admission/Berm ticket for $5. We found kids don’t like to sit, and parents don’t like to pay for the tickets if they are never in their seat. This ticket will allow Kids under 8, they can go to the kids zone, sit on the berm, and go be kids while they enjoy a Gulls Game.

Q: Do you do birthday or anniversary shoutouts? Courtesy of Mr Mike’s Steakhouse Casual in Sylvan Lake we do! Please fill out this form; https://www.sylvanlakegulls.com/special-request-mentions/. Please have it to us by noon on gamedays and we will do our best to get it on the video board!

Q: What about infants and babies? We do “airplane rules”; if the infant can sit in your lap, they don’t need a ticket. If they can’t they do.
Q: What are berms? Grass covered hills. We have 2, one behind the first base dugout, one behind the 3rd base dugout. Please bring a towel, blanket, or berm chair. Lawnchairs will only work on top of the 1st base berm, as it has a flat spot. First come first served
Q: Is there standing room. Yes. The $12.50 General Admission/Berm ticket allows you to stand on the rails in sections RF2, LF2, and CEN.
Q: Are Pets Allowed? Sorry, no. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the stadium. Exception: Certified service animals with proper identification (such as a vest or harness) are welcome.
