Gameday FAQ’s
Q: When do the gates open? A: 90 minutes before each game.
Q: Where do I park? A: Click here to see our parking map. We periodically also do a shuttle service from various locations in Sylvan Lake. We will update this page, and email the ticket manifest with shuttle availability and locations, usually on gamedays or the day before.
Q: Do you have food? Yes! We have a full commercial kitchen in our Main Concession, we also have 2 satellite concessions that have Regular hot dogs, hamburgers, confectionary items and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Here is a complete rundown of our Food and Beverage offerings!
Q: Is there pricing for kids? Yes! We do a Kids Under 8 General Admission/Berm ticket for $5. We found kids don’t like to sit, and parents don’t like to pay for the tickets if they are never in their seat. This ticket will allow Kids under 8, they can go to the kids zone, sit on the berm, and go be kids while they enjoy a Gulls Game.
Q: Is there pricing for seniors? As of July 1st, 2022. We offer 10% off for seniors on merchandise and food and beverage. Please ask for your discount with our identification at the check out. Discount does not apply to online orders.
Q: Do you do birthday or anniversary shoutouts? We do, please fill out this form; https://www.sylvanlakegulls.com/special-request-mentions/. Please have it to us by noon on gamedays and we will do our best to get it on the video board!
Q: What about infants and babies? We do “airplane rules”; if the infant can sit in your lap, they don’t need a ticket. If they can’t they do.
Q: What are berms? Grass covered hills. We have 2, one behind the first base dugout, one behind the 3rd base dugout. Please bring a towel, blanket, or berm chair. Lawnchairs will only work on top of the 1st base berm, as it has a flat spot.
Q: Is there standing room. Yes. The $10 General Admission/Berm ticket allows you to stand on the rails in sections RF2, LF2, and CEN.
Q: Are Pets Allowed? Sorry, no.
Q: Is outside food and beverage allowed? Sorry no. We do allow water bottles, on hot days, subject to being checked by security at the door.

Q: How do I redeem my Flex Plan Credits for tickets?
Go to Sylvanlakegulls.com –> Click BUY TICKETS –> Find the game of your choice and click FIND TICKETS–>choose your seats–>at the payment screen you will be asked to enter your “username”, enter the email address that is linked to your account –> enter your password (if you don’t remember it, simply RESET PASSWORD –> click APPLY CREDITS button that will have the credit amount. Continue this process for each game, there is no Expiry Date on your credits….Gulls Ticketing Dept
