Gameday FAQ’s

Q: When do the gates open? A: 90 minutes before each game.

Q: Where do I park? A: Click here to see our parking map. New for the 2023 season is the Getaway Vacations Shuttle that will run for all 28 games this season! Pickup and drop off will be at the parking lot north and west of the Nexsource Center and will be happen 60 and 30 minutes before the game and 30 and 60 minutes after the game!

Additionaly, our Adrenaline Motors golf carts will be scouring the parking to pick up fans that need assistance. You can flag one down yourself or ask an attendant to call one for you.

Q: Do you have food? Yes! We have a full commercial kitchen in our Main Concession, we also have the Bonefish Marine BBQ Shack! You will be able to get food and beverages at both locations. In addition we have the Tipsy Bird, our canteen for alcoholic beverages, and Sully’s Scoops ice cream stand on the concourse. Here is a complete rundown of our Food and Beverage offerings!

Q: Is there pricing for kids? Yes! We set aside 50 Kids Under 8 General Admission/Berm ticket for $5. We found kids don’t like to sit, and parents don’t like to pay for the tickets if they are never in their seat. This ticket will allow Kids under 8, they can go to the kids zone, sit on the berm, and go be kids while they enjoy a Gulls Game.

Q: Is there pricing for seniors? Sorry no.

Q: Do you do birthday or anniversary shoutouts? Courtesy of Mr Mike’s Steakhouse Casual in Sylvan Lake we do! Please fill out this form; Please have it to us by noon on gamedays and we will do our best to get it on the video board!

Q: What about infants and babies? We do “airplane rules”; if the infant can sit in your lap, they don’t need a ticket. If they can’t they do.

Q: What are berms? Grass covered hills. We have 2, one behind the first base dugout, one behind the 3rd base dugout. Please bring a towel, blanket, or berm chair. Lawnchairs will only work on top of the 1st base berm, as it has a flat spot.

Q: Is there standing room. Yes. The $10 General Admission/Berm ticket allows you to stand on the rails in sections RF2, LF2, and CEN.

Q: Are Pets Allowed? Sorry, no.

Q: Is outside food and beverage allowed? Sorry no. No outside food and drink is permitted.

Q: What happens if it rains? Here is our rain out policy.

Q: I’m a season ticket holder, how do I share a single game ticket if I can’t make a game? Here is a video on how to do that;

The instructions are; go to–> click “My Account” or “Sign In” at the top of the screen–>your email is your username, if you can’t remember your password simply click “Forgot Password”–>once you get to your Account Overview page–>click “ManageTickets” on your Season Tickets–>scroll down to the single game of your choice. You can either download the tickets to that game and email them or click “Share Tickets” and enter their name and email address to share them.
